Obituary of Sofia Bender

B E N D E R Sofia (nee Kupis) passed away peacefully on March 29, 2022 at the age of 94. Sofia migrated from Poland to the US in October of 1951, along with her late husband Joseph and her late sons William and Joseph. She is survived by her children Mary D'Orazio (Anthony), Jane Hopson (Charles), John Bender and Stanley Bender (Jeanne). Grandma Sofie of 17. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday April 5th 9:00 AM at St. Adalbert Church 2645 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134. Funeral Mass 10:00 AM. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
