In our later years we lost touch with life and all that it has to offer. Family, friends and the everyday. I was three when I came to live with Betty (your sister) and Sonny Brooks and my sister Linda was two. We were christened at the Grace Episcopal Church of the Incarnation. Fondly remembered as the Grace of Carnation as a child. Uncle Binky, as he was fondly called, stood in for Linda and I. We neve felt like foster kids, we felt like we were somebody with him, I remember when you lived in the house in the middle of Clementine Street. You embodied fun. You were the last of your siblings. Say Hi to Betty (Mom), Aunt Liz, Aunt Eva, Aunt Marcy and Albert. Also Say Hi to your mom and Dad, William and Mildred Dietzel. We never tell people how we feel until its to late and they never get to hear what we are thinking about them. We hope our love and unspoken words reach you in heaven. From your niece.
Marie Knox Ciociola, AKA Nan.

Dad,
Tell me, what does it look like in heaven?
Is it peaceful? Is it free like they say?
Does the sun shine bright forever?
Have your fears and your pain gone away?
'Cause here on Earth it feels like everything
Good is missing since you left
And here on Earth, everything's different
There's an emptiness
Oh-oh, I
I hope you're dancing in the sky
And I hope you're singing in the angel's choir
And I hope the angels know what they have
I'll bet it's so nice up in Heaven since you arrived...
