Obituary of Robert W. Fulmer, Sr.

F U L M E R Robert W. Sr. "Bo" on February 24, 2021. Born and raised in the Fairmount Section of Philadelphia. Loving Dad of Robert W. Jr. (Kim), Deborah, Kevin (Donna) and Kenneth. Grandpop of 10. Great Grandpop of 5. Bo was a Korean War Veteran and a Purple Heart Recipient. In July 1995 he broke ground with President George Bush at the Korean War Memorial in Washington, DC. and was also instrumental in the establishing of the Philadelphia Korean War Memorial located at Penn's Landing. Bo also owned and operated two beauty salons in the Philadelphia area along with working in construction. He loved music and enjoyed playing the sax in various Philadelphia String Bands. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday March 8 th 9:30 AM St. Adalbert Church 2645 E. Allegheny Ave. Phila., PA 19134. Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
